Terms
- Winnux software, including the operating system image, kernel configuration, system services, and desktop applications, is proprietary.
- Redistribution of Winnux images, in whole or in part, requires explicit permission from the Winnux Project.
- Third-party software included in Winnux (such as the Linux kernel, KDE Plasma, Mesa, Flatpak, and other components) is distributed under their respective original licenses.
- The Linux kernel is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2, as required by upstream.
- Users may run Winnux for personal and evaluation purposes during the Developer Preview phase.
